Our main ticketing system is email-based. Any customer requiring support can do so by following our support link in the control panel. If you require a web-based login to the support system, please also use the same link. For instructions relating to posting a ticket, please see the information at the bottom of this page.

When raising a ticket, please try to include the following information wherever possible:

Place a long description of the problem encountered here. This should probably be one or two paragraphs, just enough to give an outline of what the problem is.
STEPS REQUIRED TO REPRODUCE BEHAVIOUR
Write a step-by-step description that shows how you got the problem to occur. Provide links if possible.
CONFIRMED ON
If applicable, state which applications or computers this has been tested on. For example, does this problem affect Mac only, FireFox, Safari or IE? Have you tried this on more than one machine?

If not provided above, give details of any links to brochures, PDF documents, websites which are connected to this error.
Finally, please try to confirm whether you have an internet connectivity problem before raising a ticket!
