Digipage Announces Search Engine Compatibility - August 18, 2008

Digipage has undergone a restructuring programme and will no longer be using LCM Media as our primary sales avenue. LCM Media has not been providing the service we feel is appropriate to our customer’s needs and has not been financially responsible in its commitment to Digipage.

Instead, the directors are bringing everything back in-house with the aim of making the service more encompassing for our customers. We want to make sure that you are not affected by this transition so please be assured that your online brochures will experience no downtime.

Settlement of existing LCM Media invoices is no longer the concern of Digipage, however we shall continue to make available current publications for the remainder of their hosting time. Digipage looks forward to continuing business relationships and will take over all responsibilities for service provision and invoicing across the Digipage range.

For security reasons, you will require a new password. Instructions for this will be on the login page of the control panel; we apologise for this inconvenience but it is necessary to ensure system integrity.

Digipage has also implemented a new ticketing system to deal with customer enquiries in a more time-efficient manner. New members of staff have been working tirelessly to ensure the transition will be smooth and we trust that our customers will support our progress and understand that this change is positive for all concerned.

Should you have any queries please don’t hesitate to call the office on +44 (0)1474 320 375

We look forward to working with you in the future.

Best wishes
The Digipage Team
